corrective amendments to the Alaska Statutes as recommended by the             
revisor of statutes; and providing for an effective date which had             
been held in second reading with Amendment No. 1 pending (page                 
1580) was before the Senate.                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment                 
No. 1 be withdrawn.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without
